01. You must fill out the above form. If you simply post a banner code, than you will not be added.

02. You must put our banner up first, so that we know that it's a done deal.

03. You must have an affiliate banner. We are not going to just put links in our affiliate scroll box. If you don't have a banner, than you can just advertise; not affiliate.
